What type of classes does FoxFit offer?

We offer a variety of group fitness classes, including high-intensity interval training (HIIT), strength-focused workouts, and conditioning sessions—all designed to help you achieve your fitness goals.

What style of training does FoxFit offer?

Our training is divided into two categories: Tone and Sweat. The 'Tone' category includes Strength Endurance, Glutes & Core, and Pure Strength workouts. The 'Sweat' category features Functional and Interval classes.

Can I try a class before committing to a membership?

Yes! We offer a 7-day free trial where you can attend unlimited group fitness classes to see if FoxFit is the right fit for you. Sign up on our website or app to get started.

Where are FoxFit locations?

FoxFit is a national brand with studios located across Australia. To find the one nearest to you, check out our locations for more details.

Can I pay for my session on the day?

We request that all payments and bookings be settled prior to your workout. This helps us keep everything running smoothly and ensures your spot is secured!

How does the membership pricing work?

We offer a variety of memberships based on how frequently you'd like to attend. You can choose between weekly memberships (3x, 5x, or unlimited classes) upfront memberships or opt for casual class packages if you prefer more flexibility.

Is there any minimum membership commitment term?

Yes, our memberships have a minimum commitment of 4 weeks. Check the specific details in our terms and conditions section.

What if I wish to cancel my membership?

We would be sorry to see you go, however you can cancel your membership by providing written email notice and completing our termination form. Termination will take effect within two billing cycles after the commitment period ends.

Can I put my membership on hold?

Yes, you can! We offer a membership hold option for up to 8 weeks per year. Just give us 7 days’ notice putting your request in via email, and we’ll take care of the rest.

How do I book an appointment or class?

You can easily book your sessions through our FoxFit app, available on iPhone and Android, or by logging into your Momence account.

Do you offer a waitlist?

Yes, we do! If your desired class is full, you can join the waitlist. We’ll notify you if a spot becomes available.

Do late cancellation fees apply?

Yes, we ask for at least 12 hours’ notice if you need to cancel. Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a $15 fee for members and a full class fee for non-members.

How long does each class go for?

Our group fitness classes run for 45 workout including warm up and cool down.

What if it’s my first time attending a group class?

Welcome to FoxFit! Our classes are designed to accommodate all fitness levels, because we believe you should run our own race. On your first visit, our team will give you a comprehensive tour of the studio and be ready to answer any questions you may have.

What if I'm new to running?

No, at FoxFit, we embrace the philosophy of running our own race. Each class is designed to be adaptable, ensuring it suits all fitness levels. We also offer walk and ski erg options to further customise your workout experience

Are your classes suitable for all fitness levels?

Absolutely! Our classes are tailored to suit all fitness levels, from beginners to seasoned athletes. Each workout can be adapted to meet your individual needs

Do you offer purely resistance based classes?

Yes! We have a purpose built strength room that offer pure strength resistance classes with no treadmill component.

What do I bring to each class?

Activewear and appropriate footwear

What are my hydration options at FoxFit?

At FoxFit, we want to ensure you stay hydrated throughout your workout. You can bring your own drink bottle and refill it at our filtered water station, available at all our locations. Alternatively, if you don’t have a bottle with you, retail bottled water is also available for purchase at reception.

Are towels, and change room facilities Available at FoxFit?

Yes, all our locations are equipped with changing rooms and showers, so you can freshen up after your workout. We also offer a complimentary towel service, providing sweat towels, shower towels, and bath mats for your convenienceive.

What amenities does FoxFit offer?

At FoxFit, we’re all about making your experience as comfortable as possible. That’s why we provide top-of-the-line amenities, including personal lockers and Grown Alchemist bathroom products, Dyson hair dryers and straighteners in our change rooms.

Do you offer personal training services?

Absolutely - you can book personal training directly via the FoxFit app in appointments.
